GENERAL ORDERING GUIDELINES

Your prize orders are placed by accumulative levels meaning you will need to order at each level based on the number of participants who reached that specific level (ie. if you had 27 participants sell exactly 3 cases your order should be for 27 of the Sell 3 Cases Level C item. Your shipment will include 27 kits containing Prize Levels A+B+C). Please complete this process for each level to ensure your participants receive all the prizes they've earned!

ARE THE PERMISSION SLIP PRIZES AND BONUS PRIZES PACKED IN BAGS OF 36?

Yes these prizes are pre-packed in 36 piece sets and can not be adjusted. For example, when you order 2 bags, you will receive 72 pieces.

WHAT DOES **TOP SELLER PRIZE PACKED SEPARATELY** MEAN?

Prizes Level A through Level F are pre-packaged to include all prizes earned at the given level. The Top Seller Prize only comes with the Top Rocker Trophy and the Light Up Boombox.  Please ensure to order additional prizes earned by your Top Seller by ordering the level they achieved in addition to the Top Seller prize!

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?

Shipping is included on your first order of Permission Slip and Bonus Prizes and on your first Prize order. Additional orders to the same school will be charged a $10 handling fee.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 4 business days after payment is received. We'll certainly make every effort to get them out as quickly as possible!

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A RESERVATION FORM FOR EACH OF MY GROUPS?

YES! Your completed reservation form is your ticket to be able to order prizes for your group. After registration, your school will have an account created for them. We will use the school contact name and email address to create the account and send login information. 

I AM NOT A WFC REP & AM ORDERING PRIZES FOR MY SCHOOL. DO I FILL OUT THE RESERVATION FORM?

No, your rep was responsible for completing the reservation form for you. Please reach out to the rep if you did not receive an email with login information.
