Program Start & Registration

When can I start using the FY26 Prize Programs?

Prizes will be ready for shipping in early August 2025. Pre-register schools as soon as they confirm participation to ensure adequate inventory.

Is school registration required to use the prize program?

Yes. A completed online reservation form is required to place prize orders. Registration creates a school account and allows prize ordering.

Do I need an account with Home Run to use the Rep Portal?

Yes. If you don’t have an account, email prizesbyhomerun@hrcpromo.com to get started.

How do I register a school?

Once your rep account is set up, log in at www.prizesbyhomerun.com, click SIGN IN, then Make a Reservation. Choose your program, fill in the required info, and submit.

Can my school place their own prize order?

Yes. Only reps can register a school, but either you or the school can place the order. If the school will be placing the order, register using their contact name and email.

  • 11”x17” color posters: Cost $TBD each, available individually.

Prize Ordering & Distribution

How do I order prizes?

Once registered, you’ll receive login details. Use the “Order Prizes” tab to place orders.

Can I choose where prizes ship?

Yes. You can request delivery to yourself or your school.

Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for the first order (including permission slips, immediate prizes, and level prizes). Additional orders to the same school incur a $10 shipping fee.

How long do Drop Ship orders take?

Typically, 1–4 business days. Tracking info is emailed after label creation.

Where do prizes ship from and how?

From Northbrook, IL via UPS. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after label creation.

Will prize bags be labeled with student names?

No. Bags are labeled by prize level. Sponsors using the WFC Sale Tracker can generate tickets or lists for distribution.

Prize Programs & Collectables

Do students earn a Collectable for every box sold?

No. With the “Let’s Go” chart, students earn:

  • 1 Collectable upon checking out their first box.
  • 1 Collectable after turning in money for their first box.
Additional Collectables can be earned by selling 3+ cases and are delivered with other prizes at the end.

Can I use the prize chart without the permission slip/money turn-in prizes?

Yes. Each program includes two versions—with and without these prizes.

What else do I need to order ahead of time?

Be sure to pre-order:

  • Permission Slip Collectables or Prize, depending on program.
  • Turn-in Money for First Box Collectables (when using the Let’s Go prize chart)

Can I bulk purchase prizes to save money?

Yes. A Fall Bulk Buy is available (deadline passed). A Spring Bulk Buy will open in October 2025 for January 2026 delivery.

Are unused prizes returnable?

No. Order only what you need. Extra items may be reused for other schools.

Are prize bags cumulative?

Yes. Each level includes prizes from all previous levels. Only tally students at the highest level they achieved.

Will the program be available for Spring 2026?

Availability depends on inventory. Register schools early to ensure access.

Payment & Tax

Is tax charged on orders?

Only on orders shipped within Illinois—unless a tax-exempt number is provided.

Can I or my account pay by check?

Yes. Make checks payable to Home Run Inc.

Is 5 free prize boxes per 100 enough to fund this program?

In most cases, yes. This should generate enough prize revenue to cover costs.
